Honestly, I don’t like to read about books like this especially the title is ‘ how not to die’ since my primary goal is not to live ‘to be alive’. Also, reading too much of healthy diets and things not to do already give me the feeling- one more thing to do. However, I decided to read this because I’m interested in having a comfortable body and health (my poor digestion problem..). Good body leads to good mind and I am happy, right? It all starts from what we eat and how we eat every day.
Fortunately, I’m healthy but regardless I need to work on it everyday. Also it’s a nice feeling to care about myself.
