Honestly, I don’t like to read about books like this especially the title is ‘ how not to die’ since┬ámy primary goal is not to live ‘to be alive’. Also, reading too much of healthy diets and things not to do already give me the feeling- one more thing to do. However, I decided to read this because I’m interested in having a comfortable body and health (my poor digestion problem..). Good body leads to good mind and I am happy, right? It all starts from what we eat and how we eat every day.

Fortunately, I’m healthy but regardless I need to work on it everyday. Also it’s a nice feeling to care about myself.
