This book ‘ Start with why by Simon Sinek ‘, I googled it and found the author’s speaking at TED talk. He was talking about Martin Luther King and Steve Jobs ‘why they could inspire people’ and ‘how great leaders inspire to take action’. They both start with why than how or what against most people start from how or what and may not even think about why.
People including me usually don’t get it although they think they listened and get it when they hear about this general and easy phrase. We forget the basic and general concept/action/idea makes huge difference from the beginning of our journey.
We don’t have to be all successful in this way like inspiring everyone or making a better world. but what we are doing should be at least really meaningful to ourselves and we should ask the question ‘why I’m doing this’.
