Since I had the fish n chip at Johns Wood Foundry, I can’t wait to make my own fish & chip! So, I tried this. The sauce was successful! and
successfully fried onion rings. It was not easy to make that round.
In side of the fish.. Overall, it was good. but I think the fish was not really right (it was too flaky). Next time, I should try it with cod. but the sauce was amazing! Mayo with fresh grated horse radish (taste a little vinegary/sour? that it was perfect for the fish). and the beer batter came out good too. I will add more flour next time because it was runny a little. Find the recipe here.
